Im so tired today ha ha, I think its all the excitement of the last few days.

Had a lovely time shopping and eating yesterday afternoon, got a free bottle of Proseco too.
Went to the local retail park which I normally avoid as I spend too much, again I ended up having a nice spend but I was very good as I put a lot of things back and didn't buy anything unecessarily.

I was literally home 5 mins before DD came in and my friends turned up.

I have another housefull tonight for pamper night, hopefully I will get to bed earlyish as I need to catch up on my beauty sleep ready for the weekend. Will bath DD and get her pj's on before everyone turns up.

I am feeling totally loved at the moment. :D

Meant to say, Happy Birthday Livvy, I'm so pleased you feel loved. X
  • Thanks Missy :D. Its been a long time since Ive felt the love lol.

Ive been off to sign my Will this morning, so thats all done and dusted and everything signed over to DD. I feel much better knowing that x won't get all of my massive fortune ha ha.

Making lists today, Ive got a lot to do tonight. I haven't even taken my birthday pressies out of the bags as I just haven't had time. So tonight I will do some ironing when I get in, sort out the Next returns, make the carrot and swede mash and have a quick tea. Then after DD goes to bed I will do some girly preparations for the races on Saturday and have some me time.

I've cancelled my car insurance and sent back the council tax letter for single persons occupancy this morning. Ive got a tax return to fill in at some point (will have a look at lunch time) and I need to take cheques down the the bank (probs tomorrow lunch time), Ive decided to cash in my £2 savings to help pay for my curtains too. I reckon I need a PA, does life ever get any slower when you work full time and have kids?

Right I'm getting there with my jobs.

I made 3 portions of carrot and swede mash for the freezer last night and did my ironing.

Popped into town at lunch time to pay our birthday cheques in the bank and to cash in my £2's. I put the money in my new First Direct bank account to try it out lol.

Tonight we are at the local soft play for a play and tea, will not be drinking wine as it costs about £4.50 a glass!!!

I had a lovely nights sleep in my bed without DD, I had to get her up this morning. My eyes are still tired today though, maybe its my lash extensions weighing them down. :rotfl:

    Hi Mummy,
Well I didn't do as well as DD lol.

I had a fab sleep again last night, couldn't keep my eyes open watching Educating Yorkshire last night...but I think its hillarious, deffo worth watching.

Hate hate hate dark mornings, infact I hate winter. I had to get up especially early this morning too so was really not impressed, when DD was laid there fast asleep. grrrr.

Nothing much to report today, Ive been to the specialist this morning and got more steroids. Hoping to be off the things by Christmas.

Went to Next on the way back from the hospital to pick up the parcel I left in the changing rooms on Monday, and ended up buying DD two new dresses...I think they took ages on purpose.

Having a lovely pamper night with DD tonight, we're going to put our onesies on and have snacks for tea followed by bath and nails. She is so excited.

Off to the races tomorrow...full on day planned, can't wait!

Been in touch with solicitors today, they're still waiting receipt of x's statement of truth which he has had since August 16th...x reckons he has sent it back (erm righto).

    Have a lovely weekend everyone.
