Keeping away from the Money Beast

Still full of cold today, I don't feel ill just bunged up so its not too bad.

Ive been to the shop for my paper with the Aldi voucher in. There was only one paper in the works shop...so it was mine!!!!

I bought fish and chips on my way home last night, was lovely but was £5...since when did it get so expensive? It also added 30 mins on my time to get home so I had to iron when DD was in bed...but its done. Tonight I think Ill polish and hoover upstairs before DD goes in the bath, not sure if it will save me doing it on Sunday because it will probably need doing again by then.

Ive got tonights tea out of the freezer, DD is looking forward to it bless her.

X's maintenance has gone in today so pots are all full.

Well its a bit cold here again today but the weather forecast reckons it will get out nice this afternoon?

I was on one this morning about cyclists, last week one pulled out in front of me without a helmet on and then this morning one pulled in between the cars at the roundabout...inbetween the lanes. Then he proceeded to cycle round the roundabout to the side of me. No wonder cyclists get knocked off when they're doing stupid stunts like that, especially in rush hour.

Anyway, I was thinking, the only thing I bought yesterday was a paper for the Mr Al voucher, can I class that as a NSD LOL?

I didn't do my jobs in the end last night as DD and I popped to our friends round the corner for a play and a cuppa. I did manage to get downstairs hoovered though. DD loved her tea and she ate the lot, I was very impressed and feel proud that I am getting her to eat healthy meals.

Its MacMillan coffee morning today at work, the cakes all look so lovely. Ive guessed the number off coffee beans in a jar in the hope I win an ipad...fat chance of that ey?

I've added loads of jobs to my job list today...theyre never ending are they?

Morning everyone,

Just a quickie. Im off work this afternoon for lunch with DM and a spot of shopping for my birthday.

Last day in my job today too...they got me some lovely flowers and a pamper day.

Weekend was so busy, spent the day doing activities with DD on Saturday and then yesterday I filled 3 charity bags, went to Mr T's and Mrs Als, cleaned the house and did my washing.
Bought some pressies on 3 for 2 in Tesco yesterday for kids parties...£30 not bad for 6 pressies.

DD didn't want to go with x again yesterday, we had a little chat and she agreed to go if she could see her cousin. So what did x do when I told him? Blamed me!!!! The thing is with him, nothing is ever his fault so he looks to blame everyone else, I wish I could just ignore him and not let things get to me but he does.

Anyway enough of that, not letting it spoil my day.

DD absolutely loves the ipad, infact I haven't had a go yet.
