    I've been Money Tipped!
Afternoon all, hope those that were down are felling better.

sparky0107 - thanks. I've picked up a few brochures today to read up. Waiting for the easyjet flights to come out and toying with either June or early October. If the flights are cheap enough it will be Costa del Sol in June. A week in each would be nice though. lol

jakes-mum - nice shiny new car. We'll need one next year I think!!

Potted £3.20 today to move a step nearer my target. Should hit that £500 mark next week with a little luck.
    Still a tad over 100 days left - [STRIKE]not that I'm counting.[/STRIKE] :D

Hoping the weather picks up again for next week.

Lynsey, by heck you're doing well. You'll be making that Target for sure! All the best for what sounds like a lovely holiday next year.

Sorry to hear you've had a rough time with the car, Motoko, don't worry about the £35, at least you had it saved! :)

    Oh SUE !!
The shoes belonged to DH ended up getting a full refund as they didn't have a replacement then spent the whole afternoon looking for another pair. He likes Mxrks ones cos they are plain
Anyway managed to get him some (They were trainers) reduced from £49.99 to £12.50 :T:T

Very well done, LC 2! Pretty good to be sharing the savings too. :D

Sue it was absolutely lovely seeing them again but once they're gone I miss them so much and its like they were never here :(
How is your potting going? With responding to us all and looking after us you seem to sometimes forget to update us with your goings on.

I can understand that, Ruth, I used to be like that when having visited my Mum's family when I was a youngster, I used to feel terrible after going home (I hated it), just as though I'd really never been away.
You're not wrong about me forgetting adding my savings after talking to you lot, I had to put it on later the other day and often forget, but not to worry. I'll put it on the end tout de suite whilst I'm thinking of it. Ta for the reminder, Ruth.

A cuddle for you and all others who need them.

Lovely to see you back, Buffy, make room for the car funds and SPC, you need to. BTW, could you please pop "SPC 159" on your siggy for me?? Thanks a lot.
Sealed pot virginity broken and £14.17 currently in there :D Hope that's not considered cheating?

A bit late now to ask isn't it, stiltoncheese?!! No, that'll be fine given the reasons, all the best with getting the Terramundi to the £1500!

  • Emptied ALL the change into my purse into my pot... didn't count it but I definitely spotted a couple of Golden Nuggets dropping in! Meant I had to eat a tuna sandwich with stale-ish bread for lunch. Satisfaction made it taste delicious! NSD today, plus I made money from doing some homers... aim to do the same tomorrow!

Potted £3.11p in silver and coppers. I'm sure I heard a sigh of relief from my purse when I emptied it out.

Welcome back to Buffy and welcome to any new potters.

Hugs to all who need one.

  • Hi

I would like to join this challenge please, better late than never!

I've made my sealed pot, deposited spare change from purse and instantly forgot how much I'd put in!!

Never mind, have enlisted my Mum to tally up each month and re-seal!
