The forums are already heavily censored, and in a particularly clunky way by MSE. So badly performed that good posters are on one level 'warned off' and on another level much worse .. .. many have their accounts suspended or closed for 'outing' Andy&Flo.
While at the same time MSE allow those with relentless mawkish trolling to flourish, consistently causing intentional unnecessary hurt and suffering to fragile individuals, quite what sick pleasure and gratification this troll imagines s/he gets from their distorted use of the forum I've no idea but then I am a normal human being, normal in the sense that I don't suffer from Andy&Flo's malardies - - and all this in the name of free speech.
- now watch this # post disappear, or worse..................
Sort of with your sentiments Richie. Both you and I are victim of the disappearing posts. We both have our suspicions!0 -

RFTB, you could hold a masterclass in spotting Andy's AEs!! Personally, I reckon he/she is one very sick individual, who gets an huge amount of pleasure from thinking that he/she has fooled us stupid plebs, yet again.;)
I'm OK with this, but once the vitriol starts, that's another thing entirely. I'm nowhere near as quick as you at spotting the AEs, but in future, I won't respond to them, no matter how tempted I am.
It's such a shame that there are so many altruistic good folk on here, who go out of their way to give helpful info, and then you get the Andys of this world, who mischief-make, as a matter of course.
RFTB, you are indeed an angel :A, and your wise words are much appreciated, something I doubt I will ever say to Andy!!

Kind words, thankyou SandraScarlett, I've saved many including their unique IDFlag - he tends to have three nym's 'live' and 'in use' at any time which he variously uses to:
- argue against himself, or ;
- support his 'other' suedo - nym's point of view, or ;
- generally introduce conflict into some other party's thread
Andy's different nym's

- here, as an example is a saved post on MSE from Sat 13th January when I outed him .. .. again:hey well done. Do you have nothing better to do than keep a record of the many names i have gone under? How sad.
You have missed a few more!! And not forgetting the dotty old lady that i am running under for the past few weeks as well.
I'm glad that i am keeping you amused. It wouldn't surprise me if you aren't keeping a diary of all of my posts under the different names as well. You make me laugh.
Ok, i'll knock this name on the head and keep up with the old dear for a while longer. You wouldn't believe how an old lady that can't spell properly in her posts can get so much sympathy! It really warms my heart to know that there are actually people out there that are willing to give time and effort to my many many 'problems'!!!
Ok time for a name change as well as cag & yourable!Disclaimer : Everything I write on this forum is my opinion. I try to be an even-handed poster and accept that you at times may not agree with these opinions or how I choose to express them, this is not my problem. - ASDA have been applying these rules to disabled or parent and child spaces for around five years
- 5 years of a % of the money raised goes to baby charity Tommy's and the Motability car scheme
- the bays are enforceable by ASDA, its their private land, the can do as they wish within the law
- I'm all for them and wish all supermarkets took up the cudgel against anyone without an in force, displayed blue badge
Sadly maybe this case will finally put a stop to the 'urban myth' that consistently wrongly claims they are not legally enforceable, this will free up many more spaces for BB holders use.
The badge is not enforceable on private land, not by any government organisation or police officer or traffic warden. Only stupid parking wardens from private parking companies.
One of the private parking companies may put a charge notice on your windscreen but its best to largely ignore as per advice on the parking ticket forums. Under the equality act someone does not need to have a blue badge to use a disabled space on private land as long as they have a condition that is covered under the DDA.
I have a BB and in Morrisons, ASDA, i will not display it, yes i get fake PCNS on my windscreen but the BB is not applicable on private land, it is simply a request of the store and silly parking signs that threaten you with a charge notice for breach of contract. Any charge notice on a windscreen is simply just a speculative invoice amounting to the days of !!!!!! turpin.
As for someone saying one should not park in a marked bay in Asda and wait for the disabled person, they need to read the rules of the BB scheme as that person is perfectly entitled to park there and wait. If the driver himself is the BB Holder he is also entitled to park there and wait if a able person is going into the shop on his behalf. He is also entitled to park there , not go in the shop and watch the world go by. He is also entitled not to display his badge what so ever if the land is privately owned.
People glare at me at supermarkets. i park, sometimes i do put my BB badge in sometimes i do not. but i always get glares of people over the age of 50+ whom seem to think someone in their 30's could not be disabled. I had one person a few months ago bang on my window and told me the space was for disabled people, i wound down my window and told him where to get the f off . The problem with society is there is also a amount of people that are interfearing busy bodies0 -

The person asking, although apparently no one has any right to ask, could simply have been protecting the rights of holders of a BB to a disabled space. Were you actually displaying your BB or was this one of the occasions when you didn't, simply so you can have a row and swear at someone?
You are not helping the cause of BB holders at all, although I suppose there is no rule to say disabled people have to be polite anymore than anyone else. Another of the problems with society is the amount of rude people there are.0
