  • The OP has already left negative feedback for the seller so that suggestion won't work.

Ignore theonlywayisup, they spend all day trolling on here and other forums, might be worth trying soolin's suggestion of a little feedback extortion I suppose.

    You have misunderstood my post.

I was not advocating feedback extortion at all, that would get a buyer in trouble. I was suggesting that if a seller is completely unco-operative then a case being opened and/or poor feedback being left can sometimes make a difference to how a seller views the issue.

Never ever warn about poor feedback, either just leave it as a last resort or don't bother- threating a seller with it is not a good move.

These training collars were first designed to train gundogs and are still used by some gundog clubs

Yes because hunting clubs are well known for their respect for animal rights, arent they?

I dont get it, you wouldn't buy your child a watch that had a inbuilt function that delivered a shock, even if you weren't planning on using that function. I mean what if it went off by mistake, you just wouldn't risk it. You would find a different watch, one that doesnt carry that risk. But then if you think its a watch that is potentially unsafe, one that the child can't take off by themselves, a child that can't speak to say its malfunctioning, how is that fair?

    UPDATE:
still nothing from seller, but as they demanded £3.50 for replacing a faulty item, ebay have looked at this and are not happy with the sellers messages to me, so ebay eventually replied to my request to look into this and apologised for the day. eBay have refunded me and as a gesture given me an eBay £20 voucher
