What do you think of this eBay seller?

In that case I would be stubborn about it. If item location showed the UK, then I would open an NPB case
but a NPB ( non paying buyer, would be against me as the buyer for not paying) i paid it was faulty, so i informed the seller who stated they want further £3.50 to send me a replacement.
the item cost me £8.99 + £1.99 postage and packing.
the package seems to have been posted in the UK, but the label shows as CDC as the company name, but google earth shows as Airbase Interiors under the Postcode and address.0 -
I think that is a typo by soolin.
Open a SNAD and be brief. Explain it isn't working and explain the seller has asked for more money to rectify.
Update this thread as to what happens and we can all hopefully give you some advice.0 -

eBay wont let me open SNAD as they say i used a Paypal Guest account so have to go through Paypal (which is all false as i used my own Paypal account)0 -
Your item was the very cheapest in the electric shock collar products, I'm afraid you get what you pay for - seller is not afraid of negatives or neutrals by the looks of it!0

Open a SNAD in Paypal then, but you won't get a returns label from them. Perhaps open the SNAD and ring Ebay to explain and get them to review your messages.0

not true their are cheaper ones, but state they are from China/HK. I chose this one because it stated it was from UK, so not a 4 week waitYour item was the very cheapest in the electric shock collar products, I'm afraid you get what you pay for - seller is not afraid of negatives or neutrals by the looks of it!0 -
Am I reading this right? You think giving your dog deliberate electric shocks is acceptable behaviour?0

Throw away the collar and be glad it was faulty. Then enrol in dog training classes.0 -

it is a training aid and you dont need to use static shock option. their is a audio option to use as a distraction and also a vibrate option, so the collar vibrates.
but if your dog jumps at the gate aggressively when other dogs pass, i would rather place one of these collars on the dog to vibrate when they do this then risk them getting over the gate and attacking other dogs.0 -

AS stated you dont need to use the shock option. Dog training classes will only accept dogs that dont show aggressive tendency, so we need to control this before we can enrol0
