I am very glad it's faulty.

What a horrible product to buy in the first place.

it is a training aid and you dont need to use static shock option. their is a audio option to use as a distraction and also a vibrate option, so the collar vibrates.

but if your dog jumps at the gate aggressively when other dogs pass, i would rather place one of these collars on the dog to vibrate when they do this then risk them getting over the gate and attacking other dogs.

Perhaps if you were to train your dog then it wouldn't do this. Wear it yourself and when your dog misbehaves shock yourself, after all, it will be your fault!

If there is even the slightest possibility that a dog will go over your gate and attack another dog (or worse, a child), then you shouldn't even have that animal in the open.
It should be locked up where there is no chance it can harm another animal or person.

Better still, do yourself and your neighbours a favour and get rid of the dog and buy a budgie.

the collar is a TRAINING AID, so can i suggest people on here learn to read what a TRAINING AID IS and stop attacking me.

You want to make an animal obedient by HURTING it.

That is not a training aid.

No - shock treatment on a dog - really?

    I think it's a blessing that it didn't work.

In terms of the faulty goods, I would open a dispute and post negative feedback.

why do people come on here when it is clear they cant read.

the collar has a audio distraction feature and a vibration feature, so the shock feature does not need to be used.

These are approved distraction/anti barking Training Aids.
