  • All the same, half an hour is a huge allowance for just creeping over 40, when you're still at your prime!:D :D

And to my knowledge Becky is not planning a world record. She's ambitious, but not quite that ambitious...............yet!

I know, I was hoping to get the real goal out of her by posting that. She didn't bite though!

I'm only turning 32 this week, which means 8 years of posting times 30 mins quicker than you. No probs.

That is a *massive* difference, the more I think about it. The difference between 7:30 minute miles and 6:20 is vast.

You think if I got it down to 7:29 (like that'll ever happen :D) I could sue Flora under gender and/or age discrimination?
  • 8 years off being a veteran - about the same as Becky actually! :p

That should stop her feeling too young!

No, she wont tell you the ambitious target until she's proved to herself that its realistic, so she wont bite no matter how you wind her up - she's infuriating like that!!:p :p
