    just about got it in me Rich....hoping to build the miles up day by day this week then slightly longer run next sunday and back into the training full pelt!

    Not sure yet - I did my long yesterday and my thighs are quite stiff - just got back home so may nip to the supermarket and then go out for a gentle 5-6 miles later this evening :D

    Are you feeling good about your progress?? 9.46 min/miles is a great pace for over 6 miles :D

    Hi all I'm home, not much time to write at mo but just to let you know my dh entered me and 'im for Reading 1/2!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! in March.

    Seriously need to get out running.

    becky - yes I am very pleased - bet I won't be able to do it for my 10k on Thursday though, I will probably revert to my 11 min miles :rotfl:

    Just got home to find my race number for my first ever race has arrived - I am 88! Oooo what a good number :D
