Ooh wrap up warm Sally, I had on 1 baselayer, 2 tshirts, a waterproof jacket, gloves and a hat today! Enjoy the run

I've just started running again since having my baby in August, my first race is in Feb a 10km, then the next one planned so far is Leeds 10km in June but will have to find something in between. I just want to keep building up the distances and see how I get on.

Well good luck with all that. How about the Sheffield Half Mara in May? It's a great race...

that sounds good, I've got friends there so it might involve some alcohol after the race!
  • Excellent! Well look out for me - I'll be the fat scouser in glasses with a big grin on his face! (I love running)

sallyx, I've pencilled in 10 miles tomorrow too, but if it is slippy underfoot I may have to reconsider - it is hideous out there tonight! Driving home from work today was treacherous!

Good luck if you make it out in the morning!

My sister lives in Keswick near the mill if you know where that is. Might have to come a running with you when I visit her next!
