Hi all

Did our moor run last night, 6miles and it was horrible, very hilly and steep, did it in 55 minutes and hurt like hell.

Hows the niece/nephew Pania?

I was up and about at 6am again today (slightly flagging now 3rd day on the run) and did 3 miles cross country - lots of fun, all wide awake and refreshed, however I can guarantee I will be asleep by 8pm tonight - :rolleyes:

been out for a little bimble, good to get out again. took it easy to see how my back was and it was fine. won't have a chance to go out tomorrow as travelling for 4/5 hours to go to Bedford (home town). so will go out saturday am, won't have internet access ahhhhhhhh no mse!

Hey everyone!! sorry for my little grumble last night, one too many glasses of celebratory vino mes thinks! Niece is fine thanks SW, back home already bless her. At the hotel tonight FOC so will be making use of the pool whilst there.
You are all doing fab on the running so keep it up. At work so will post longer later.

Still up to 8 miles, we are going to push for 9 on Sunday though :eek:

This weekend, 10 miles on Sunday with the club at 0730hrs and the forecast is horrendous!!!

Hi everyone
Been for a 2 mile jog today plus walk for about the same distance. I didnt manage to run during the week because I was really tired. Had a very busy week at work. (1 hour walking on thursday, 40 minute walk wed, 2 x 1 hout walks tuesday).
