oooooh yes!! thanks cnoelj, much better, was wiped out for a few days, started to feel a bit better then awful again yesterday but much better today. Currently chasing deadlines with work so may be a late one!
Agreed to take part on in a survey into those little square white things you blow your nose on (not meant to discuss ya see). They turned up on my first day of a stinking horrible cold! Very convenient!!

    Morning all

Didnt run yesterday, was moving my mates building blocks in the morning and it killed me.

Ran 5 miles on Friday in 42 mins, went with 2 of the quicker guys, I was absolutely knackered!

Hop you all had a great weekend

Morning.. that's a shame about your race BA. P - glad to hear you're on the mend! SW - sounds like hard work!! Evab - hope the back is much better now.

I did nothing very active at the weekend (unless you count some dancing on Saturday night, but I won't because it was counteracted by a large quantity of alcohol :o ). Too ill to even lift my head off the pillow for most of the day yesterday :o Still feel pretty washed out today - that'll teach me - but I was still up bright and early (well early, anyway) and walked to work (about 45-50 mins). Think since we started counting I've done 3 long walks and 2 runs.. hopefully do about the same again this week, though I think I'm going to need a few motivating slaps... :rotfl:

Good for you. Hope it goes well.
Hey there's an idea - I used to be good at cycling and swimming - now I can run (slowly) maybe that could be next target!
