Glad you had a relaxing night sleep - I found I sleep a lot better with them and feel properly relaxed when I wake up - but  to the gunky stuff too - I daren't take them off until I get to the bathroom as it is foul.

Fab news on the run, it really does give you a kick start doesn't it, someone told me it was good for my metabolism running early - was that here??

    Have a lovely day
It's supposed to kick start your metabolism for the day and mean you burn more calories.

I don't know if it was the run, the foot patches or the fact I've had a few days off (or a combination), but I feel really awake today, and that is REALLY unusual for me!! Am also trying to eat less stodge and less tea/ coffee and dairy products as a bit of a detox, so that may be helping too.. I'm less hungry than usual which can only be a good thing :)

Noticed when putting the foot patches on that I've got a bruise in a strange place on the arch of my foot, dunno if it's from running or too much dancing on Friday night in unsuitable shoes :p

Anyway chaps and chapesses, the reason for the headaches has become clear, hell am i poorly, hence posting at 0653 am. Laying on my sofa and feel like **** won't bore with the gorey details but think maybe couplea days til i'm defending my own tesco voucher again!
Speaking of which, i don't see any totals for people as yet? don't forget the free bottle of wine/chocolates!!

Have a great day everyone, if you need me, i'll be on the sofa.

Morning all.. hope you're OK P. No running this morning but am still feeling unusually awake and alert :) Probably go again tomorrow morning.

Since we've started counting I've done, erm, two long walks, one run and a day of high intensity flat cleaning - not sure how many of them count! :D

    Have a good day x

think we'll take the walks and the run squirrel, not to sure housework counts as an excercise session!!:rotfl:
really glad you're starting to feel more awake now, the detox and gunky foot patches must be doing some good.
    Have a great day

Went out last night with the running club.

It was supposed to be a 6 miler so we could get back early for a few peeps who had to get away, didint turn out like that, ended up out for 1h20m, stopped for a total of 10mins, while some caught up, cross country, up and down woods, felt really good but it was too far on a Wednesday considering we also do 10 on a Sunday. Legs aching like flip, this morning.

No running tonight off to watch sons play, he is a monk or something in Robin Hood!!

back door to front door in my home is 27m or so, will running/walking to answer the door count as training?
    No?
I'll carry on on the sidelines then cheering you on, can't believe how much running is being done in this awful weather.
    Do Nike do wellies?
