Right, I've decided I want to be reincarnated as a naturally tidy person.. am absolutely knackered, and still got things that need done (like dealing with all the stuff that's hidden under the bed
).. oh well, it's an improvement, and I did get some exercise

evening all, I'm afraid I'm out of the running (no pun intended!) for the prize as woke up today with a bad back and struggled teaching this afternoon. So need to rest until better, will be back with a renewed keenest when I'm ready and I'm not not posting (?) as I need to keep you lot motivated.
BA you're doing fantastic have a nice rest tonight
And everyone else is doing brilliantly, echoing cnoelj we have other things to do sometimes and running should be fun as well as rewarding (remind me of that when I've done the 1/2 marathon in October!!).

Morning all, hope everyone's well, sorry to hear about your back evab, hope you're fit again soon.
Was up at 6.30 (flipping early for me ) and out for a 2 mile jog, felt pretty good... now to see if I fall asleep mid afternoon...
BA - I tried the foot patches - no instant sleep but my feet got very warm which was very relaxing, and I did sleep better than usual. Not bad for things that look like tea bags and smell like stock cubes :rotfl:(the gunky stuff you have to wash off in the morning though... euuuuuuw )

Glad you had a relaxing night sleep - I found I sleep a lot better with them and feel properly relaxed when I wake up - but  to the gunky stuff too - I daren't take them off until I get to the bathroom as it is foul.
Fab news on the run, it really does give you a kick start doesn't it, someone told me it was good for my metabolism running early - was that here??
Have a lovely day :beer:0 -
Morning all!!!! excellent newes for the runs SW and redsquirrel, BA i hope you've had a day off today and rested your legs. I'm still crook at mo, only just getting off my sofa for my appointments, don't think people last night were overly impressed with me turning up looking like a zombie but hey ho, no work no money.
Really sorry to hear about your back evab. i'd most certainly suggest either a hot water bottle or spending a couplea quid on those self heating sticky back pads for when you're out and about. They work brilliantly and feel soooo nice when in pain. i sometimes whack one on on a slightly chilly day, is bliss!
Yup the gunky foot pads are gross, i'll go along with that! but feel really nice. was it you that suggested them to me BA?
PS are you available for a quick chat on gmail? got a coral question i need to run past you?
