Well done cnoelj :T 50 mins is a fab time!
I have recorded my first run - we did 8 miles in 85 mins :j Knackered but feel fab about it.
As seems normal in my running: it was slightly traumatic when the alleged bridle path was in fact a field full of cows  I have a huge fear of cows and had to hold my friends hand and put my hat down over my eyes as I was so scared of them chasing me :rotfl: We then managed to get through the field of cows, my friend opened the gate and left me to shut it but I was sinking in the swamp that was cowpat and was slopping about everywhere, we then found ourselves in the middle of a farm and couldn't find the public footpath out and had to knock on the farmhouse door and ask directions :rotfl: - he sent us through another field of cows  . So I spent just over a mile completely traumatised, but we were soon back on the main road and back to safety :T
Honestly these things really do happen to me
Soooo, my total today was 85 mins, sore thighs/calves and trauma
