To be honest, Sally, cakes and biscuits and anything sweet really should go off the appetite radar as mileage builds.

The key is to have foods with slow release sugars rather than immediate highs followed by troughs, which sweet foods give, leading to wanting another high straight away.

:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: not sure that will ever happen to me Rich. This is the woman that ate 200g bars of dairy milk every other night (sometimes every night) when I was pregnant!

I know exactly what I NEED to eat...tell my brain that and tell it to stop craving!

My name is Sally and I am a chocolate/cake a holic!

I have been digging the porridge lately... and jacket potatoes with the skins on - not together of course. I've been seriously getting into squashes as well and I can feel a stew making session coming over me next week! Oh I love winter foods!

and Sally I love sweets - sugar is my addiction, but I've definitely seen a drop off in the amount I eat of them recently...still managing a pack of Haribo a week though (shhh dont tell Coach!)...

I'm back! Wet, tired, but satisfied with my run. It was very very dark and the route that I did is best described as "lovely in the daytime"!!!!!!!

3.2 miles in 36.5 mins.......I had to walk a little, after falling down a rabbit hole :p but caught up my time I think!

    Bath time now :D

Well done Hypno - I sense a feeling of satisfaction from that.

That hole sounds a bit 'harey' though! :p
