Errr.....well, the running was good - we decided to start with 2.5k, to increase to 5k over the next couple of weeks (I'll do longer runs during the week, as Tig cycles during the week and we can't fit any joint runs in).

Although those plans may have to go on hold, as I have separated from my husband. :(

    Hi All,

Had a great run this morning - 10 miles in 1.25!!!

Wow everyone's been doing really well - Rich your times are getting better and better - 8 mile run today eh - is that the furthest you've run to date.

Anyway, I'm a bit tired - had a bit of a hectic weekend so I'm toodling off snooze for a while, see you later!

Thats an amazing run, Becky! I hope it wasn't too hard!

I suspect its just all your regular work starting to pay dividends.

Yep, 8 miles is the longest so far for me, but you can still outlast me so don't worry!:p

I think you deserve a snooze! But don't snore and disturb the rest of us, will you?:p

    ((((hugs)))) snags xx

Just mapped out the run we did this morning - only 3.1 miles which is a little disappointing. Was hoping that it was 3.5. Still, I know that I was holding P back by plodding (I found it hard going this morning!) so perhaps 3.1 miles in 38 mins is about right.

We really should be doing that sort of distance in half an hour though! Bah!!

Thanks for the hugs and messages of support - feel sort of strangely numb and really in need of a run, bizarrely (I only went this morning too).

I actually have no idea how I am going to manage the running now, as there will be no-one here to look after the kids.

Guess I will have to settle for walking and light jogging with the pram for a bit, and just fit in proper runs wherever I can.

Snaggles just do what you can, the fresh air will do you good and keep your head clear so make sure you get out as much as possible. Is Stu going to have the children on a set day that would enable you to do a long run? You probably haven't even sorted stuff like this out yet...sorry hun.
Whats important is you at the moment, just go with the flow
