I am sure that our lovely Rich will do you a training plan? He has done a fab one for me which I am about to start week 4 of and it takes me up to the marathon. You are welcome to have a look at it but he can probably adapt it better to your time constraits/days/mileage.

sally you have to allow yourself the indulgence of wallowing for a day or so - it will soon leave your system. If, however, you try too hard to push through it, you will take far longer in the long run to recover. Give yourself a day or two off, or doing easy stuff and I am sure you will find yourself revived soon!

pah pah and pah again I have eaten crap more crap and a bit more crap.
So tomorrow I am starting over sorting out my life and getting back into this running seriously (not that I haven't been serious about the running, just the bad eating which isn't helping the running)

I had fish and chips...followed by a bar of dairy milk and some of DD's crisps earlier. hey peeps!! tis me! am back from my jollies!
no running unfortunately, lots of walking and 2 sets of swimmming.... am at my uncles house tonight and am going for a run in the morning in my original hometown... i can't wait to run on some of my old haunts from my childhood!!

Just recovering from possibly the loooooongest (but funnest) couple of days. I haven't done any running (sorry) but drank lots of woo woo and lugged a suitcase around the country wearing high heels for 2 days, so that's got to be good exercise, right?
No hope of escaping from running tomorrow, Tigtag is coming to my house for 8am, and we are going running together! Eeeek....I've never run with anyone else before. Should be fun though, I think."I wasn't wrong, I just wasn't right enough.":smileyhea97800072589250 -

Great afternoon and just begging for us to go for a walk. Did another 5 miler and ran the last 1/2 mile again. The running's getting a good bit easier and I'm really pleased about that. With a bit of luck, more of the same again tomorrow.
