    My race for life has been postponed due to the weather! Have rearranged for a couple of weeks time.
    Went for a 2 mile run instead.

    aw thats a shame kazl - was it in a flooded area or is it the typical British attitude of 'lets close and cancel everything if there's a bit of rain/snow/wind'?

    I can't run, I can't even walk properly! My legs are so sore I think I must of taken a wrong turning and done 100km not 10km. I'm having to walk down the stairs like a crab (sideways).

    Must have been those pesky hills, hope to go out for a couple of miles tomorrow if I haven't totally siezed up by then.

    I've barely moved off the sofa.. and have been permanently hungry all evening :o Although Gillian McKeith and her poo obsession and Gordon Ramsay eating eels have somewhat put me off! :eek:

    oooooooooh gordon!! Watching it now!!

    Run was ok to be honest, atleast i got out for once though! Had to run away from OH's germs!!! Went 2 1/2 miles which was cool and felt good at the end! Ipod playing up though think i got it wet last time out!!

    sorry to hear of your postponed run Kazl, wonder if immoral angels was delayed also, bloomin weather has been awful hasn't it.
    and as to the legs evab, ouch!!!
