Hi all, Just found out I got 68mins for the 10km yesterday not bad and definitely inspiration to keep going!
Well done - that's great! :T
I ended up getting some exercise after all today, when I left work the traffic wasn't moving at all so I decided to walk home.. absolutely soaked but never mind  Slightly p*ssed off though as I hung my coat on the radiator when I got in and it's left some black marks on it (and the wall) which don't seem to want to come off  Not quite sure what it is, maybe it melted slightly, although the coat seems ok... oh well, plenty of other things I need to paint over before I move out of here - hair dye stains, etc :rolleyes:Debt@16.12.09 £10,362.38, now debt free as of 29.02.2012."I cannot make my days longer so I strive to make them better."0 -
Aaaagh.. just took a mouthful of tea and there was something floating in it.. turned out to be a little dead moth  That's it, I'm sitting very still for the rest of the evening and not touching anything!
