I learnt a lot about which exercises to do and which had the most effect. I learnt that you can't 'spot reduce' fat.
The most valuable thing I got though was the support and encouragement to push myself just that little bit further than I thought i could go.Quality is doing something right when no one is looking - Henry Ford

Hi blackangel, I'm setting my alarm for 6.15 (half hour earlier than usual), so I'll think of you speeding effortlessly along on your beautifully waxed legs.
:rotfl: I'm so glad I have shared my waxing experience - they are also looking rather bronzed as well due to finding some fake tan in the depths of my cupboards.
Best go to bed then if I'm up at 6 - do we need photographic evidence in case we lie :eek:0 -

Pania, I am assuming you are taking your laptop on the early morning run? It seems to accompany you everywhere else - painting.....ironing.....so why not running

As pioneer member of your supporters club. I promise that I wil set my alarm for 6.30 am tomorrow. As I switch it off and turn over in my nice warm comfortable bed, I will think of you lot pounding the streets, eye-pods clamped to your ears, all red & shiny, and I will go back to sleep.
