Well popped into DD pre-school this morning and told them of my intentions to run LM and wanted to donate 1/2 of donations to them....lady cried with joy as they are desperate for funds, so know I have done a good thing. What made me smile is when she asked me if I was "a runner" I could reply for the first time ever I felt I could actually say yes!

What a lovely moment Sally! :)

A sweaty Squirrel checking in - walked home from work (2.5 miles) then in for a quick change and out to do Sunday's 5K route again.. but in reverse, and with a few minor alterations. Did it in 32 mins, which I think is partly due to slightly less uphills than Sunday, but in general felt good, and even thought I could have gone a bit further :D I even remembered to check my pulse rate a couple of minutes after getting in - 116.

Great to read everyone's doing so well. Good luck for club tonight Maz :T

Oh and I also need to buy a watch!!
