Snags, sammy - we should really try and sort out a run on the 17th? Or the 18th of you are staying over at bunnys.... not sure how far i'll get on a hangover but it would be awesome to run with yous! We could take Bunnykins out too, of course, she'd love that!!!
Normally I would say yes to a run with you, because that would be fab, but I'm not getting there until late afternoon I think, and have to leave fairly early the next day, plus I have to run across 4 different train stations on both journeys, AND I'm working 6pm - 11pm on the Saturday night when I get home. :o So I don't think there will be enough sober hours in the weekend! (could go drunk?) :D

Bunny is doing walking rather than running though, so I don't think she'd like the idea.

i think you're right! not sure how it will all work out logistically either... so best forget the run... we can just talk about it loads!

    Absolutely! nothing surer!

Are you going to have a wee run tomorrow Sal?

I might try to catch a 45 minute run after i drop erin at Brownies at 6pm tomorrow - daylight allowing really, Big G is going out so i have no reason to rush home, no wifely duties to attend to.

if i do run and swim in the same day does that seem like overkill?

I'm going to head off now, cause i have sandwiches to make and have an early start tomorrow..... speak to y'all then!

Not sure I will be able to fit a run in, if I do it will only be a couple of miles. really must crack on with Uni work, 2 weeks to hand assignment in ahhhhhh
Yes I must peel myself from the sofa to make sandwiches and get to bed. Work in the morning and busy day

oh and as for overkill on exercise. See how you feel, its not going to be using all the same muscles but you might just generally be tired
