    You get a goody bag for RFL?????? :j

    I can't wait to do RFL - my Gran died of cancer just before my daughter was born, and I think she would be so proud if I could do it in her name. If she was here, she would have come to cheer me on for sure.

    My gran died when I was expecting my DD too Snaggs.

    Can't believe I forgot to look in my goody bag! Right, I have just gone and tipped it out on the floor and this is what it contained:
    Race T-Shirt - very nice - blue with a GNR picture on it;
    Medal - good quality with a nice striped ribbon;
    Space blanket - I was cold at the finish so I tied it round me;
    Bottle of Loczade Sport - new flavour 'Tropical';
    2 PG Tips tea bags in a cute pyramid box;
    Nature Valley Crinchy Granola bars x 2;
    100ml bottle of Sanex shower gel;
    Small bottle of Sanex spray deodorant;
    Geobar cereal bar;
    50g bag of Jordan's muesli;
    Small bag of Dormens fruit & nuts;
    2 x Ricola Swiss herb drops (sweets);
    1 (yes 1!) Fisherman's Friend sweet.

    All in all, a good goody bag I would say.

    It was hun. I was quite newly pregnant, but she was very confused by then and didnt understand when I told her. I almost miscarried when she died, and ended up on 2 weeks bed rest.

    Cancer is horrible. I'd love to run the RFL to do my bit and raise a few quid.

    my runchum is unreliable...

    i didn't run today but that's okay cause i was out yesterday (almost 4 miles for anyone that missed it! lol!!)

    Me n erin went swimming, it was nice! and am planning on trying for to beat my 32 lengths tomorrow morning early, mum is coming over to get erin ready for school....

    thanks Hun! Very comprehensive report all in all! (and thanks Sal for asking in my absence!!)

    I was looking out for you but of course never saw you's... but it was lovely watching it on telly and knowing that i "knew" someone who was running! How sad am i!?!?!?

    Sammy - well done on the great run!

    Snags, sammy - we should really try and sort out a run on the 17th? Or the 18th of you are staying over at bunnys.... not sure how far i'll get on a hangover but it would be awesome to run with yous! We could take Bunnykins out too, of course, she'd love that!!!
