how realistic would it be to aim for a 1:30 half marathon? thats a 7 min mile ishI'll make a wish, take a chance, make a change And breakaway. I'll take a risk, take a chance, make a change and breakaway ....

these guys are in a whole other realm so pointless even thinking about their times in relation to real life....
if chris's half was double that time, then that makes me feel better cause as far as i'm concerned Chris is a running machine... so it puts things into perspective....I'm just a seething mass of contradictions....(it's part of my charm!)0 -
That would be very good. That is a good club runner time. It would take a lot of work and commitment but possibleputs my 2:36 to shame doesn't it

39 secs off course record and only 4th winning time under the hour.
