Anything I am starving (as normal) but I really have to get my eating and diet under control. Since the summer and running regularly I have put on half a stone as I end up eating more and this really isn't helping me!
Aim is to loose 1/2 stone before Christmas. Actually what I am really craving is a nice roast chicken dinner yum yumI'll make a wish, take a chance, make a change And breakaway. I'll take a risk, take a chance, make a change and breakaway ....

Thats interesting.
You can easily put weight on if you run each session close to your maximum ie trying too hard!
The harder you try the more you use up glycogen reserves which need replacing quickly. Ease off and you burn more stored fat which doesn't need replacing and therefore doesn't cause the same hunger.
You can't think about losing weight and training at the same time otherwise you end up denying your body fuel and end up worn out. The key is to do most training very easily as top athletes do!Gt NW 1/2 Marathon 21/2/2010 (Target=1:22:59) (6:20/mile) 1:22:47 (6:19):j:j
