Grrr, my sorbathane things have arrived but I can't get my original insoles out of my trainers. They're glued in. I've tried to just pull them off, but they're ripping and leaving chunks behind in the shoes. I'm knackered just wrestling with them."I wasn't wrong, I just wasn't right enough.":smileyhea97800072589250

You are trying to recover and you watch Emmerdale and Corrie. What are you? A glutten for punishment. Just the sight of Norris or Gail gets me reaching for the sick bucket. And that is before they start whineing
Anyway I had a good run this morning. Perfect autumn weather. leaves changing colour and falling from the trees. What more could a man want. Well my former fitness for starters. But we are getting there!

Gentle inclines are what is required - length rather than steepness. Although my memory of Battersea Park is that its totally flat or have I got a bad memory? There was definitely a running track there.Gt NW 1/2 Marathon 21/2/2010 (Target=1:22:59) (6:20/mile) 1:22:47 (6:19):j:j

Afternoon all
Won't bore you all with details but feelingat the moment. Only thing keeping me smiling is the running.
So idio as per my training plan (thanks richthis week consists of Mon ( 2miles cycling) Tues (2 mile brisk walk) Wed (4 mile fartlek run) thurs (2 miles cycling) friday (4 miles easy run) saturday (DAY OFF!!) Sunday( 10 mile distance run)
I would like to get a good swim in there too but time dictates as does the fact that I am sooo behind with uni work and spending quality time with DD so will see what evening I might be able to squeeze one in.I'll make a wish, take a chance, make a change And breakaway. I'll take a risk, take a chance, make a change and breakaway ....
