Yeah, give yourself a day off, and get back into it tomorrow :) I'm gonna go for a gentle jog when I get in, don't feel like pushing it at all as I had another real insomniac night last night - got to see the midsummer sunrise without planning to!

Yeah.. thanks.. I'm not the best of sleepers anyway, just stressing over all the usual life/ money/ relationships/ work/ etc etc sort of things.. which always seem 10 times worse in the middle of the night!

Been for my jog which actually turned into quite a vigorous run, especially when it started pouring with rain, did just over 2 miles again, and feel knackered now... hopefully tonight I'll be zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz...

    Hi everyone
Went out for 2 miles yesterday morning at 6.30am:eek:

I didn't set the alarm that early but DH got up to go to work and it was a lovely morning so thought I might as well go out. Not going out today but will go tomorrow evening

Feel a bit cheesed off tonight. Had my tax credits award and we are getting £0 this year and have to repay £60. Only got £30 a month before but that was better than nothing. I got a new job last year with a payrise which is good but because of that I now have to repay my student loan (£90 a month) as I earn over the limit to defer it and now have lost tax credit so £120 a month worse off. Sure I must be better off over all but doesnt feel like it at the moment. Sorry for moaning. Oh and child benefit will go down by more than half in Sep as DD finishes college.
Think I need a big glass of wine!

you go for that glass of wine there kazl think you deserve it, and moan away, it's no worries at all. Thats really bad news but yes as you said you'll be better off in the long run through work. try to keep smiling, now go get that glass of wine.

Redsquirrel fantastic on the run there good for you. went for a plod with the pony it was nice. ran occasionally and walked to. Sympathise over the lack of sleep, it isn't nice and as you said yes things do get kinda magnified in the middle of the night. If you ever need a good ol rant just pm me no worries.

Blow slimming world, times like these call for a couple of extra naughty points. You can go for a run tomorrow to work the extra off!!! (sorry don't mean to be the devil on your shoulder) Glad you had a glass though, do you feel better now? :-)
