    Don't go Sea icon9.gif

You don't have to be training for anything to post here - just getting out and doing it is qualification enough - and if you are getting up at 4.30am   then you have an honorary position here :D

Please stay and post when you have had a run, want one, don't want one, please.................

I couldn't have said it better!!!

We are here and here to help what ever level you at. We are only half a step in front of you - if that.

Not quite true cnoelj - you are about 13 miles in front of me!

Thanks for your kind messages. I didn't mean to make a melodramatic announcement there, I mainly just wanted to explain why I haven't been posting.

I could really do with cutting down the amount of time I spend on MSE every day, and this thread is particularly gripping, so I'm going to wean myself off it. If I do anything remarkable I'll certainly be straight back to boast about it!

    Good luck one and all

    Morning all,

Thanks for your kind 'Welcomes'. :hello:

I did not run this morning, but did take my sister's bassetts out for a walk at 6:30. I'm house/dog/chinchillas/cats/hamster sitting whilst they are on holiday. Did not have time for a run as one of the bassetts decided he had walked enough and just lay down!! I had to wait until he was ready to walk again. :o Have nothing to do tonight except walk dogs so will walk them, feed all the animals then head off out for a run.

Hey guys, some advice if you would please. went out for a run at 12:00, just my usual 2 miles and i was beyond pathetic!!!
Had no energy and was feeling really demotivated an "I-can't-do-this-ish"

got half way and remembered i forgot breakfast and was running with naff all inside me.

now the dilemma is this. Do i give it up as a bad job today and go again tomorrow, or do i go again this evening when i take dp out for a walk and turn it into a run instead
I have now increased my calorie intake from 10 to about 1000 with an omelette and red bull (not on same plate:rotfl: ) but i'm really undecided.

    HELP!!!!
