Good stuff Kazl!
Well, the slapping worked, I got out, only managed about 2 miles as it was too stuffy and hot. Just found out the gym at work isn't open in evenings after this week so I guess I'll be out on the road more!Debt@16.12.09 £10,362.38, now debt free as of 29.02.2012."I cannot make my days longer so I strive to make them better."0 -
Well done all - I'm off to bed in about 10 mins (yes, early!) so that I can get up tomorrow morning and do this!
Think I left it too late and was worked up about things with OH - so a run will be good for this I feel
15 mins seems easy too so I've set the alarm for 6 and I will do it! (if I do I'll feel so proud of myself as well lol).
Thanks for all the encouragement - you are all stars

Nice avatar cnoelj! Very in keeping!
Big Day is over (exams finished!) and now the decks are cleared to join you all! I can't start my dance classes until next week (funds low, hey ho) but will begin with 10,000 steps tomorrow. May consider rejoining the gym earlier than planned too, but will post an update on that as it happens.
But for now, I'm enjoying my night of freedom with a nice glash of something red. :T:eek: What if the hokey cokey is what it's all about? :eek:Official "Bring back Mark and Lard NOW! or else (please)" Member 160 -

Redsquirrel, hmmm, not to sure personal violence is the BEST motivational method i've heard, but if it works for you...:rotfl:
I went up to take DP for a run yesterday morning but got caught by work by answering my mobile. Got a ticking off for being out of my cage and sent back home pronto  (i work from home and had no appts yesterday so thought i'd be fine:o ) so when i get home this evening (i have a very long day ahead) I'll be out pavement pounding for all it's worth!!
"I promise that tonight at approximately 1900, I, miss P will don my trainers and come rain or storm, hell or high water, will run around wymondham town for a total distance of 2 1/2 miles"
There now i have to do it!!!
Have a great day everyone, have work to do so had best shoot.
Big hugs
