  • Ouch, not that hard! :D You're right, I think it might help me sleep - last night I was up at 1am writing shopping lists and budgets

Slap from me too. Had to laugh at staying up writing lists etc, I am exhausting myself doing Match Betting, budget spreadsheets, checking snowball, budget planner.....the list goes on and on

    Go for a run TONIGHT

There, you've had a least 3 now so you need to go running TONIGHT (and you might feel energised enough to go in the morning as well!)

    Hi,

Well, I managed a walk lol!! So the running will come on the next one - I'm thinking tuesday morning, early, as then there aren't so many people about!! I often see kids I teach and I particularly want to be puffing and panting running (wobbling) along at 1 mile an hour while kids watch :) So I'm putting all my running stuff next to the bed tomorrow night and going for it!

I know I wouldn't have done it if not for this thread - so thanks :)

    Seaxx

You can't possibly puff, pant and wobble as much I as did when I started 6 weeks ago
I went to the local playing field and managed most of my runs without being spotted!
Did you manage to get out today?
