Okay I have boots and am addicted to running... but I do so love my sexy London flats if only the actually looked nice with a skirt on me ah well you cant have everything, its getting towards boots time anyway...

Does anyone else get weird bruises on their legs from running or is it just me? (I do bruise easily as the song goes)

Hah she cant be more flirty than Rich! ;)

No, are you running into things?

I can't wear totally flat shoes, they hurt my feet, but I think one of the good things about running/ walking for me is that it gets me some time in flatter shoes as I tend to spend most of the time in heels.

Are you sure the bruises are not from footie or from bumping into stuff? It's not normal to get bruises on your legs just from running. Can you describe/post a pic?

I read a load of stuff the other day about calf muscles and cankles, after a sudden panic that mine would turn monstrously large with all the running -

large, well toned calves are nothing to be afraid of - just look at Denise Richards in Wild Things - has very "shapely" calves, but is much the better for it.

(would google it, but have a feeling some of the links will be NSFW :D)

You love it when I spread rumours - it improves your naughty reputation:cool:

Everywhere really, but mostly on the front mid calf and on the back same place...it only seems to be one or two at a time though...maybe its all those annoying tourists I always end up banging into :rotfl:

are you kicking up stones into the air and running into them? seriously.... are they only wee bruises?

Are you sure it's a bruise and not another type of mark? The tourists would explain it though, if thats where you're bumping into them!
