Does anyone remember the cartoon 'Henry's Cat'? He used to say "try saying that with a mouthful of jelly baby sandwiches" :D

Donna I need to loose a stone and really just trying to be sensible. My legs are much better today so did 3 miles this morning but no way could do a 9 miler at the moment! Sure though by sunday you would be fine to do it

  • Well done you! 3 miles is great! I soooo want to keep the distance going, that's why I thought a 9 miler would be good? Least if I can do that, won't loose all the hard work and have to start back at square 1!
