Hi, yep I think I just needed a good talking to.

Well I did 5 miles, took me 54 mins most of that was spent battling against the wind as I was coming back along the beach.

Glad to see everyone doing well:T

well i figured after a 3 minute mile being dragged along by a very quick, energetic little 4 legged nimal this evening i deserved a glass of wine. That sadly has degenerated into 2/3 of a bottle and no doubt will be empty by time night is out!! Have to say was a bloomin good run (2miles) and my knees and legs are now telling the story! Wine is numbing the pain, well that smy excuse anyhoo!
Great run there evab and BA. pretty cool mto have redsquirrel seaxwyn and sea 78 back on board to!! SHaring laptop with OH this eve but think that may be a good thing else you will all witness my decent into drunkeness else!!!

morning everyone.... just re read my drunken posting above, embarrassing or what. My sincerest apologies!! well it is a lovely clear saturday and i hope to read lots of tale sof long runs, being chased by seagulls (evab) leaping gazelle like over styles (BA) Completing a half marathon (cnoelj) etc etc!!

I, however am off to work again, so the run will be put off til this avo when i get home again.(about 4ish) so will see you al then.
