Morning all, just checking in. I'm well impressed with your regimen Idio, don't forget to put in a few rest/easy days as well. How long is it since you started your new healthy lifestyle now? I'd expect the clothes are fitting a bit better already the way you're going?!
Good effort everyone else that got out there yesterday and this morning. Had a late night so literally had to force myself up to do my normal 6k. I'm really going to have to register for another race soon to keep the motivation up I think!
Since you mentioned your name and anagrams in the same sentence I reckon beinerts is a clue to your previously debauched lifestyle:

Sunday is 16C and cloudy in Bristol according to two sites I've just looked at (how many times do weather forecasts agree?).
Name wise, call me anything - I'm the only Rich around and the only Steve around at the moment. Having 2 names may come in useful once my Schizophrenia kicks in! lol
As far as the massage is concerned - I'm on my way........................
Ok I will call you whatever take the fancy at the time..to be honest You're Rich (even if your name is steve!) Look at you with your big long Schizophenia...now have you spelt it correctly otherwise our resident spell check master will be in
think I will have to give the paid massage a miss...too expensive and they are going to have them on the day at bristol so will make sure I get one after if need be!
Dam weather forecasts! Im hoping for a chilly autumn day with a bit of sunshine (mainly for DH, DD and Mum to stand in, rather than the rain)
Do you think its stupid to wear new shorts on sunday if I haven't worn them before? Have been running in leggings through the summer as its not been warm enough when I run at 6am, but now thinking at 10am I am going to boil on sundayI'll make a wish, take a chance, make a change And breakaway. I'll take a risk, take a chance, make a change and breakaway ....

It might as well be! I'm on beer again, as I don't really need to lose much more weight and I shouldn't put it on again as long as I keep up the exercise. Saying that I'm a) drinking less often and b) drinking less beer when I do. I don't plan to return to what you so accurately describe as my previously debauched lifestyle. They usually say no. It doesn't normally apply to men because shorts are very light and loose but if you're talking either tighter shorts or rough materials you might need to be careful.
I'm no expert on ladies shorts even though I think it would be a worthwhile use of my time!Gt NW 1/2 Marathon 21/2/2010 (Target=1:22:59) (6:20/mile) 1:22:47 (6:19):j:j
