I'm well impressed with your regimen Idio, don't forget to put in a few rest/easy days as well. How long is it since you started your new healthy lifestyle now? I'd expect the clothes are fitting a bit better already the way you're going?!
I gave myself loads of rest days last weekend, to try and get my legs to work better...had zero effect though and I ate way too much chinese - so really trying to punish myself this week to make up for it - have to push on ahead of the 10k next week, anyway. Have found that swimming, incidentally, does far more to help my legs recover than resting does...
Started my training log around early/mid june iirc - so around 3 months now, I guess...Am down from 16:3 to around 14:4 now, seem to have got stuck just above the 2 stone mark (think it was the chinese that did it) - I'm definitely getting a little slimmer now, there's a bit of slack in some of my tee-shirts (you can see where they were stretched to fit over the old belly) - but trousers still not fitting any better at all..hohum.

Swimming is great, I think I'll be doing a fair bit of it this winter. You'll still be losing fat I'm sure, and the odd Chinese binge shouldn't hurt too much with the regimen you've got going. Don't worry too much about what the scales say, your clothes are a much better indicator. Rich, can you recommend a good (easy) first half mara dahn sarrrf? Any time after Feb really, I don't mind if it's not till spring. Need to keep the motivation up as my running is pretty aimless (if not exactly pointless!) at the moment!Running Club targets 20105KM - 21:00 21:55 (59.19%)10KM - 44:00 --:-- (0%)Half-Marathon - 1:45:00 HIT! 1:43:08 (57.84%)Marathon - 3:45:00 --:-- (0%)0

Who's trying to find the smuttiest way to interpret now?
Btw I must also point out that despite the stick I got yesterday, I thought I showed excellent restraint in keeping sealed lips after Becky's comment earlier in the day!
