    Show some backbone man!

If you're going to have a dig, there's no point half backing out of it before the end of the post. :p

Go for it and risk the wrath of the Northerners!

I love the North though! I was just stirring for the hell of it!

    Hi All,

Okay so all these planned runs are making me feel bad...I need a nice 10K in London or nearby that I do not have to raise money for (dont ask) but I dont mind paying for it...not too competitive please, say around Feb time (as I'm going to NY in Jan and will be doing some running with my buddy who's doing the NY marathon in a few weeks so I should be in good shape when I come back)...

What do people recommend - flatter the better for a first one I think...

(gosh my hangover is really kicking in now...went out to Chinatown last night...mmm tasty)

I get the feeling that the site is creaking!

Smilies keep disappearing and I couldn't get on when I first tried this morning. Considering a lot of the normal bods aren't here they may be having the same problem.

Which just goes to show theres always a silver lining and all that.......

    Awww, thanks!

Sunday is 16C and cloudy in Bristol according to two sites I've just looked at (how many times do weather forecasts agree?).

Name wise, call me anything - I'm the only Rich around and the only Steve around at the moment. Having 2 names may come in useful once my Schizophrenia kicks in! lol

As far as the massage is concerned - I'm on my way........................

Morning anything, well i've never be told to call anybody anything before now I'm real confused
    Rich?
    Steve?
    Anything?

Well, you're living up to the Social Sec tag, you're living up to the _rtw tag - its tiring to keep up with you!!! (But you're right, can't beat a good chinese, well you can but you'd probably get arrested!).

Don't worry, we'll find you a good 10k, we need to get your name on the red board!

(PS These posts dont come across in the same way without smilies. So if anyone takes offence at anything, it wasn't intended - honest!)
