Rich, can you recommend a good (easy) first half mara dahn sarrrf? Any time after Feb really, I don't mind if it's not till spring. Need to keep the motivation up as my running is pretty aimless (if not exactly pointless!) at the moment!
They're all easy darn sarf!!!! They call them undulating when there's a couple of sleeping policemen en route!!
