Maz yes I have bought the Nike+ kit. You can either use it with an ipod or get the wristband which is like any other running watch thing (technical lingo not my forte!)
only thing is it doesn't do heart rate (which is such a shame) but you can plug it in and download info, plan routes, keep track of training etc on their website. You swimming tonight aren't you Maz?? Good luck am sure you will enjoy it againI'll make a wish, take a chance, make a change And breakaway. I'll take a risk, take a chance, make a change and breakaway ....

My identity will never be revealed, NEVER! Unless we meet up of course, then I'm more than happy to share.
I'm guessing that Steve wants to be "rich one day". Oh yes, I'm on fire today:rotfl:Running Club targets 20105KM - 21:00 21:55 (59.19%)10KM - 44:00 --:-- (0%)Half-Marathon - 1:45:00 HIT! 1:43:08 (57.84%)Marathon - 3:45:00 --:-- (0%)0 -

I was only saying to someone the other day how strange it was getting being called Rich, a name which I cannot relate to, when everyone else seems to have at least their first name as their username.
Although I have my doubts about beinerts using his christian name.

You're quite right. Let's just say I like to "be inert".
that should throw them nicely
seriously though, it's not my christian name, although maybe I should change my username to an anagram of my real name. I'm thinking too much about this. BYE!

Evening all - well you lot are a pain, do you know that? (in the nicest possible way
) I got home and I was sooo tempted to just get on the sofa with a cup of tea and a bit of cake but there was this nagging thought in my head about some lot of people on a forum and having to admit that I'd been lazy
Sooo.. been out, only 1.5 miles tonight but one very steep hill in there, and a mixture of terrains (pavement, path, quicksand-like mud), took me 15 minutes and I ran about half of it. Had a good gentle stretch before and after and got some ibuprofen gel on the niggly bits. Ooh and I got a few nods/ smiles from other runners on the way round, which was nice!
Oh.. and my name is neither Red nor Squirrel, strangely enough!Debt@16.12.09 £10,362.38, now debt free as of 29.02.2012."I cannot make my days longer so I strive to make them better."0 -
