Went swimming after work tonight with Erin... i'm not a strong swimmer... i probably managed about 15 lengths today, which is a lot of proper swimming for me...

still counts as exercise hence i'm posting on here..........

Well done Maz, I started the week well but missed my run on thursday (naughty naughty). How the hell am I going to run a half marathon if I don't keep up the training...I'm so stupid at times!

Anyway out for a long run tomorrow, might try and get a swim in today

Just done my first run on my own this morning... 4 miles. Am well chuffed with myself.

Have been running for a while with a couple of colleagues, but one is doing a half marathon and has surpassed me and I run a bit faster than my other colleague so we are kind of holding each other back now. So I thought I would see how I got on on my own and woo hoo, I did it. Had to kind of just stumble out of bed and just do it though, because if I had thought about it for just one second I would have given up.....

well Done Sammy thats great running. I find running on my own easier to be honest. If I know i am running with a group I start to panic about my ability to keep up and then I end up giving up, so on my own i go at my pace and always do what I had planned.

I am a bit lazy and find that I usually have a problem pushing myself to the next challenge when I am on my own. Like I go 'oh I am a bit out of breath I will stop now' but going out with the other two for a while has stopped me doing that and now I find I can do it on my own...

Hi all! I'm doing the Nike 10k at the end of the month so am currently training for that!

I do 2.5k every other day. However, in the next weeks coming up, I'll be building up to 5k. I do these pretty fast and hard, so when the day comes I'll kick back and slow down the pace
