I am chillin too Maz. Barry Manilow on the ipod:eek: studiously ignoring other half!

I am not related to Amanda but I guess we would have been doing the same RFL if I had gone, as I too am from Worcestershire. :rotfl: Let me know how you got on Amanda, I am really gutted and wished I had had the bottle to just go and do it now! Oh well, I think I am going to enter a 10K at Ragley Hall in September.

We got a freebie barry manilow CD from MIL's newspaper last weekend, so Erin (age 7) and i have been giving it Copa Cabana's all week in the car! so funny hearing her sing along with songs like that!

Oh Sammy, just seen that you didn't run today, the weather was not too bad and I managed to get round in 31 mins, so very :j as I did not really train that much. I am however really positive again about running having finished today . 10k should really be my next target, however am away for the end of Septemeber, but maybe if the dates good for me, i could join u at Ragley??

:rotfl: LOL thats the one I have been listening to. Went to see Mamma Mia at the cinema yesterday. Superb! Best film since Grease. Shows how sad I am! Can't wait for it to come out on DVD!

Sounds spot on then. I took my fourteen year old and my two year old. The two year old was dancing in the aisles. The fourteen year old was wavering between enjoying the movie and dying of embarressment at her mum bopping and singing at the top of her voice

Oh sammy , just my luck, am off on holiday on the 20th ............ but maybe there is something else later on, will have al ook.
Right off for a well deserved bath and to have a think about how I should get the running going again.
