Also got a trampolin cos I can't get out much and SIL offered me exercize bike. Ashamed to say I haven't been out all week (although I did promised myself a week off after the RFL) and I feel so guilty and unhealthy!

I'm feeling guilty. Went for short (1 mile) road runs both yesterday morning and this morning. Would have done my usual 3-4 miles except the park was still locked. Didn't run on Wednesday as I was meant to be playing football, which was cancelled due to the rain. I've also entered the Nike+ 10k Human Race. I'm just starting running again after injuring my knee last year, currently running 5km in around 25 mins or under.
Just dieting at the moment, lost 15.5 pounds so far!:j0 -

Sure the running will only boost that figure!
I'm very overweight, have been running since april and have lost maybe as much as a stone, didn't really know exact starting figure, but know where i am now. So pleased... if only i dieted then i think it would be more, but my brain doesn't like that as much....
excercise alone is good, diet and excercise combined is better.... i know i know!!!!
Was planning a run tomorrow with runchum but tomorrow is the last day of my holidays and am taking Erin to see Kung Fu Panda instead, 2-4-1 tickets from Orange Wednesday of course. May force myself out on my own tomorrow daytime to assuage the guilt....
Since RFL on 22nd June have only ran once a week......... (have walked miles mind you while on holiday!) Still, must try harder!I'm just a seething mass of contradictions....(it's part of my charm!)0
