I'm no expert but i am getting on well with my New Balance ones.......... go thru m and m sports online (via Quidco) and you can get last years models much reduced.

Yay Sar, thats fab news about your running :jNow Maz come on get out the door and get those trainers on. Actually its bedtime now and hoping you have been out!

I got up this morning before it got too hot and did an amazing 10k :j . Run chum was supposed to come but she phoned last night to say she had already been out on saturday  so was a bit annoyed. Anyway meant that I could go further without her running with me.
so 4 weeks today its the RFL and aiming for 35 mins, must get on and sort my sponsorship out now

    Morning
DD decided that 4:30 was a good time to wake up so after she fell back asleep in my bed thought I would get up and run early...tell you what glad I did as it was hot even at 5:30am. Went a random different route which Ive just mapped at 4.3miles so not too bad although would ave liked it to be 5 miles.
Have decided that I am going to run 2 shorter runs in the week and then a long one at the weekend from now on, also going to apply for the bristol half marathon in september....think I might be mad!
