Ok, I've been rubbish. Ended up with concussion over the weekend but went out last night. Managed 1.2 miles before having to come home.. I am ill as well. I'm full of excuses aren't I?Total 'Failed Business' Debt £29,043

Morning All
did 5 miles again this morning but did it in reverse today (thanks for that tip Luc). Seemed much easier but it actually took me 2 mins longer? Anyway got to get the bike out and cycle me and DD (on the back) to work now 3miles away....my legs are going to kill tonight!

I actually went for a run this morning myself:eek: - I would like to note that I am NOT a morning person. It usually takes me about 5 snoozes to get out of bed to go to work Just 20mins but constant run with no walk stops:j
Actually feeling really good this morning.
On my run I worked out that if i weigh out and mix the dry ingredients and cover them and in a separate bowl/jug measure out and mix the wet ingredients the night before I could combine them in the morning before my run (takes about 2 mins as muffins are very forgiving) put them in the tray (an ice cream scoop with the release trigger thingy is perfect for een sizes and much less messy than when I used 2 spoons!) and bung them in the oven (heating up while I get my running gear on) and set the timer for 15mins (so the oven turns itself off when dome) there'll be fresh hot muffins for my breakfast when I get in:j . Going to give it a go tomorrow.
