Wasn't it the Moonwalk liast night? How'd it go?

I have runs to update... yes i did say runs!

Went out on friday night with runchum, we were on run8/walk2 x 3.... done with relative ease by our standards.

Then again this morning, i left the house to drive to her village 8 miles away, at 845am while big g and Erin were sleeping.... Felt less than impressed to be out so early but felt great afterwards and have had a productive day since. We went out and managed run8/walk2 x 3 again.... it was pretty good, we weren't clock watching, we were chattering all the way round and it felt good!!! (we have a lot to talk about as she gets married a week today!)

Moving onto run10 mins this week as per the programme! Yay me!!!

Well done Lucifa - great time! :T And great stuff Maz, sounds like you're making really good progress.

Yep it was the London Moonwalk last night - saw some of the news coverage with footage of last year's, wow! I'm doing the Edinburgh one which is 4 weeks away.

Not been feeling too great this weekend so I've not done much - back to normal during the week though hopefully.

Thought I'd report for duty :D Decided to do the 10km run and see how my knee held up, completely buckled at half way but after a bit of moaning decided to see it through and did it in 59 mins :j I'm thrilled, despite the fact I did it in 53 mins last year, I had hardly run since the marathon so was mega pleased just to finish. Now sat iced up for another hour and Dr's appointment due tomorrow for a referral to physio.

Brilliant Luc - fantastic feeling when you finish :D

    That is good going.

I have decided to do the Southend half on June 8. Need to go up a gear.

Hope you have good news about your hand.
