Good effort! I am bricking myself about Sunday. My problem is I'm mega competitive. I feel I've done really well with my training but have no partner to measure against and what if its FUBAR time on Sunday?26.2.19/14.1.19: T MC 3629.26/3629.26 : VM 0% 1050/13876.59 : W 0% 100/1485 = 4409.26/18990.85 =25.17%28.1.19/28.1.19 Hubs 0% £400/£2,977 =13.44%SPC 2019 #073

total distance 3.3m or 5.3k!!!!!!!!! I'm FOOKED! I ran the last half a mile without stopping as well.... SOOOO please with myself. Took about an hour but that included the break of about 5-10 mins. Really feeling like my target of 45mins for the 5k is achieveable now...
Best go for a bath... I stink!! Lol!

Yay thats brilliant Sarah, its amazing what you can do with a positive outlook. I did 5k this morning although i found it harder today than monday.
I think 45mins is really achievable.I'll make a wish, take a chance, make a change And breakaway. I'll take a risk, take a chance, make a change and breakaway ....

Well done SW and yay IA, you'll be fine for the RFL and I'm sure 45 mins is acheivable, that extra adrenalin on the day always helpsDebt@16.12.09 £10,362.38, now debt free as of 29.02.2012."I cannot make my days longer so I strive to make them better."0

Hey guys... well done on the big run IA! Sounds like you are so ready for this RFL.....
I couldn't go out with my runchum last night, my turn to cancel, but i made up for it by going out ON MY OWN!!!
Feeling quite pleased with myself.
In the absence of a watch (runchum owns the communal watch!) i decided to try and run for 2 songs on the ipod, turns out 2 songs were 9mins, so actually longer than previously! I only managed one long set though, not 3 like usual but did some short runs / short walks then ended on the 9 minute set, so feeling okay about what i managed to do.
Used big G's ipod and arm strap, whey hey!! It's ace, i need to get me one of them!!
It was late when i went out, 11pm, but i live in a quiet village and it's quite safe so wasn't worried and thankfully i never met anyone! Came home, didn't even shower, bleugh! and went to bed. Thought my brain would be buzzing but it didn't seem to keep me awake long, i was out like a light.
Quite needed my shower this morning though!!!I'm just a seething mass of contradictions....(it's part of my charm!)0 -
Well done Maz:T :j :T :j :T
I always find it really hard to motivate myself to go out after work (no runchum for me:( ) but it feels great afterwards. I bet you're (justifiably) proud of yourself and that good feeling will make it easier next time...26.2.19/14.1.19: T MC 3629.26/3629.26 : VM 0% 1050/13876.59 : W 0% 100/1485 = 4409.26/18990.85 =25.17%28.1.19/28.1.19 Hubs 0% £400/£2,977 =13.44%SPC 2019 #073
