I was out the door before 8am this morning and it was still too hot! I did about 4 1/2 miles before heading off to the Oval to watch Cricket

I am proud to announce, that Pania came and called for me just before 9 am - I was ready (if not raring) to go, and we went out for 24 mins........walked a bit - but def ran most of it.

I want to be able to run all the way round by the end of next week - and then we can start building up the distance a bit!

    Thanks Pania xx

Off to look for a 10k race for the end of the summer, and a half marathon for the autumn.............

    Well done you three! :)

If the weather stays like this I think I'll be getting in practice for the Moonwalk and going in the middle of the night!! Actually, it was a nice walk, headed out through a bit of town I'd not visited before, one of the other benefits of doing this is getting to see places you normally wouldn't :) Lovely surroundings but blimey it was hilly, knees were struggling a bit on the downhills. Sweated buckets and was so tired when I got in but feel ok now after a sit out in the garden and then a shower. Just suffering from a small area of sore inner thigh from erm, rubbing pants.. ow :o

I did it, actually with ease, 3 miles in 32 mins so very pleased. Sorry to harp on but 5 weeks ago I would never have thought I would get to 3 miles so quickly.

Blooming hot out there this morning, even at 6am
