Have you been out today???
Im trying to decide whether to run or not tomorrow. I still have horrendous sinusitus and been ill for over a week and a half. Have continued to run all this time and now thinking its not been a good idea. Will see how I feel in the morning I thinkI'll make a wish, take a chance, make a change And breakaway. I'll take a risk, take a chance, make a change and breakaway ....

Went out for a run today... 1.62 miles walking/jogging but we didn't do as well today. But it has been nearly a week since we went last and it was so muggy :eek:

Sally, see how you feel but don't push yourself if you don't feel up to it. Maybe do a more gentle walk/ jog if you feel like you need to get out ?

It certainly does look different! Feeling ok at the moment and sinus is normally better in the afternoon so going to go later on today for my run. Really need to get some new trainers but think it will have to wait ntil next month

Did 8 miles on Friday and 11 miles yesterday in 1:35, preparing for the Plymouth Half on the 25th May, running again on Wednesday, need to do some Hill work, which I hate!!

Going for a 3 mile tonight to see if knee is any better, me and friend going to enter a half marathon in Sept and so back on a training planHoping to improve my time and so going to do a lot of speed work this time, may even get down to the running club.......................................:rotfl:
