Hey peeps...
Planning another session tonight, Run2 walk 4 as per the programme.... looking forward to it actually. And it will be night time so cooler than it was on sunday, sun was shining so felt quite hot.
Have packed my bag and everything as going running with a friend after taking DD swimming, feels good to be so organised in relation to excercise.I'm just a seething mass of contradictions....(it's part of my charm!)0 -
