i would love to run but i have a female kindve problem that stops me now i have bough a sports bra even had it fiteed by a professional (if you know what i mean) but it's still to painful so i'm walking instead is that allowed?

of course el, sorry to hear that and hope you're ok. In fact they say power walking burns more calories!! go for it!!

Aw bless ya sw you look all hot and sweaty!! ;-) seriously i wish i looked that good at the end of 2 miles let alone a half!! great evidence of the fact you ran it!! think we may need to use this, when people get a race photo, let us have a look!! good for you getting out there and doing it after everything thats gone on. you should be proud. xx
